Pilot details & proposed terms.
The customer agreement is awaiting business and legal review. Applications are free and create no subscription. These proposed terms describe the intended pilot; a finalized agreement will be supplied before payment.
Service & scope
Real Home Realty operates the Realty CRM 360 software pilot. Approved customers receive a separately configured real-estate CRM installation, agreed user count, guided setup, and pilot training. Features and integration availability are subject to the documented setup and agreed plan. The software does not provide brokerage, legal, lending, or professional compliance advice.
Proposed fees & billing
The proposed monthly USD prices are Agent $79 for one user, Team $249 for up to five users, and Brokerage $499 for up to fifteen users. Provider usage, phone numbers, advertising, custom migration, taxes where applicable, and other agreed additional services are separate. No payment is taken by applying. A paid subscription requires approved scope, finalized terms, and a verified payment setup.
If recurring billing is activated, subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. The final order will state the start date, payment terms, refund policy, cancellation effective date, and any price change notice. Those commercial details must be agreed before charging; this page does not supply a refund or service-level promise.
Accounts & customer data
The customer designates its broker administrator and is responsible for authorized users, account security, accuracy of imported information, and lawful use of client information. Customers retain their rights in their data and grant the access needed to host the workspace and provide agreed support. Each installation receives its own database, storage, and runtime credentials. The customer agreement must specify backup retention and data return or deletion when service ends.
Messaging & third-party services
Customers must use authorized provider accounts and complete sender registration, domain verification, consent, opt-out, and permission requirements before connecting or sending communications. Third-party availability, approvals, and charges are outside the subscription scope. The application must not be used for unauthorized bulk messaging or unlawful activities.
Pilot support & availability
Support is available through the published form or jzonsius@gmail.com. Pilot support hours, response targets, backup schedule, recovery process, and incident communication are specified in the agreed plan. Pilot software may require updates and maintenance. No uptime percentage or guaranteed recovery time is advertised.
Review before charging
The final agreement must identify the contracting entity and address, governing law, liability limits, warranties, indemnities, disputes, renewal disclosures, cancellation and refunds, taxes, data-processing obligations, and any market-specific requirements. These items require business and legal review. Payment activation remains disabled until that review and the customer’s order are complete.
